my friend has the model with the synthetic stock and all you have to do it put the rotary magazine into place and then slip in the magazine into the actually gun. next you push a tiny bolt(i guess you could call it) into place and youre ready for 12 shots of lead.

mentions is probably the safety. It is manual and if used will need to be pushed off to shoot. The pull of the trigger rotates the clip to line a pellet up with the barrel and pulls the internal hammer back to fire when the trigger is pulled back completely. No manual cocking to do.
