I bought one, and when you have the valve closed, you can hear the air leaking out. When you open the valve, the air is leaking still out of the end of the valve where the knob is. So I got a replacement and the other one is just like the first one.
Anyone else have this problem?

AirSource on 1077 leaking....

March 14 2004, 2:49 PM

I had the same problem and called Crosman. They told me that if the knurled knob that holds the AirSource adapter in the c02 tube is tightened all the way, that it wil prevent the nose of the adapter from sealing properly. They said to tighten it all the way, then back off about 1/4 to 1 full turn and see what happens. It worked for me, no more leaks! I found that if i backed off about 1-1/2 turns it sealed right away! Good luck!
