What is the point of Muzzle breaks? do they improve muzzle velocity? Do they silence the gun at all, it cut down on the co2 clouds from the 1077 barrel?
I'm might consider getting one if they have anything to do with improving velocity or noise of the 1077.
Well it's basically extra weight your adding to the barrel.
Extra weight will make it easier for you to steady the gun.
For the rest:
a Muzzle break is not a silencer. There's another topic about
silencers around here somewhere (like 1 or 2 pages before this one).
I don't know about the extra velocity. You're enlarging the barrel
and a longer barrel shoulder provide more velocity, some one else
should answer this, I think.
They will not increase velocity. On a CO2 gun they are mainly for looks.

There is no recoil on a CO2 gun so they do nothing in that respect. On a spring gun that cocks with the barrel they provide a better hand grip to cock it. They do provide weight for better ballance. You would probably need a scope with one as most of them require the front sight be removed. If using a scope and removing the front sight they cover the hole for mounting the front sight. They may reduce the sound signature some depending on design of the break but not much.
