been checking out this forum for a while, bought a 1077 a couple of weeks ago and after reading the posts here I thought I would try to up the power a bit by using the hammer spring mod I found here.... I cannot believe what a difference one simple change made! I don't own a crony so I don't have numbers but in shooting old paperback books penetration nearly doubled with daisy pointed pellets. It's getting too cold here now for outside shooting with co2 but I'm hoping for one nice day so I can see what kind of accuracy it gets at 20 yds or so. Thanks for the tips and keep the lead flying (in the right direction of course)!
