got a question, I know pellgun oil is great, but, I can't find it around here and S&H from online dealers eats up the cost. Has anyone had bad effects from using ATF ? seems to me it should work fine and a qt. would last forever on Co2 guns

There's differing opinions on this. I've been using ATF instead of Pellgunoil on my CO2 airguns for a long time, with no apparent ill effects.

As another alternative, you can use NON-DETERGENT motor oil. I've also picked up NON-detergent air tool oil, from Campbell-Hausfield IIRC and will switch to that after my little bottle I use to dispense ATF runs out.
