I still say that I think in my case it wasn't his twin sister talking for him as much as she was talking all the time, and he couldn't get a word in. Honestly she did do some talking for him and if he did a bunch of gibberish I would ask her to translate. For my DS I figured that he had 3 strikes against him in being on track for speech.. 1) preemie, 2) twin and 3) boy.
