We used the bumbo for the first week, just to get them used to it in a familiar chair they already liked and played with. Then into the Graco highchair, ours fold up nice and small to store in a corner when not used. If they are grump and want to eat, the minute they are in the chairs - they know that food is coming and they calm down. Routine is great and we like them because they have wheels and when it is one parent we can roll them easily in a v around our chair and feed the twins fast. I can get them to eat their cereal and prunes/mashed banana in the mornign in about 15min! Piglets!
Enjoy and have fun wiht them. Our teacher says to let them be messy, touch the food/the spoon, hands in mouth etc - great for development nad learning to feed self.
