Reliably, but I think there are ways to tailor the process to help women self-select out. First, maybe have donors watch a short film about infertility. Then, maybe have the intake person start by stressing the good they are doing. Treat it less like a business transaction and more like what we call it, a compensated donation. I hope that would make it harder for the donors to objectify their recipients the way this young woman has done even as she faces the prospect of perhaps becoming a fertility patient herself.
