When we defrost embryos for FET we tend to grow them from Day 3 to day 4 or day 5 but a 7 cell defrosted from a 9 cell sounds to be doing well, we would not transfer a 3 cell from a 7 cell, we discard embryos that lose more than 50% of their cells. The 7 cell to me sounds great. Good luck.
