Hi,
I had our boy at 34 weeks because of pre-esclampsia. I had a c-section. He spent three weeks total in neonatal ICU. Came home at 37 weeks.
If you have your babe early try not to worry. If you find yourself in neonates ICU it means the following postivie things:
your babe is well taken care of 24/7
you get over the birth
you are taught how to look after your babe
you can ask questions of nurses and doctors about all sorts of stuff
you have 100% support right after you have your babe and that is gold.
