He came from Jamaica at age 16yrs old back in the 1940's and never went back. To stay he assumed a full blown alias. And thus my maiden name is his alias last name. We grew up knowing this story so no surprises. He had his birth initials carved in his arm. I never knew what CC was for it was for Carlton Carver. His alias first name was David and he went on to get drivers license and social security number based on his alias name. He was granted amenisty in the 80's and got his green card. He was a model citizen and took the best care of his family here in the states and back in Jamaica. A hard worker that had little use for credit. God blessed us with him. I miss him so much.
