Update: Moving right along (twins, #3, fear mentioned)

I will be eight weeks tomorrow. Graduated from the RE yesterday. Saw little bean measuring a few days in advance, which was encouraging. Strong HB at 168. Nuchal scan testing set for July 16.

Still cannot believe this FET worked. I am stuck in a state of shock and, honestly, a little fear. With the twins, feeling sick and tired for the next 7-8 months, plus my job, my hands will be full, full, full. I know I should feel deeply, DEEPLY grateful, but my fear is preventing me from being fully happy. Fear about money, fear about giving my twins everything they deserve, fear about having a healthy pregnancy. (Doctors gave me the green light and said having only one baby dramatically lessens my risk of complications, but I am a bit scarred from the early birth, pre-e, blood transfusions of last time.)

Anyone else feel really nervous when cooking #3?
