I do not - I repeat, I do not understand why people think it is ok to touch children who are not their own. We were at a diner today, and before I knew it, the waitress was touching her leg. Or if I'm walking her in her stroller, a neihbor might touch her leg or arm.
But you know what I really don't get? My freezing. Supressing my desire to deck them and tell them to stop. If it isn't acceptable to touch an adult, why is it ok to touch babies?
I don't want her to think it is ok to have strangers touch her, or that she has to allow people to touch her. But it starts with me.
Tips, please? The easy solution is mosquito netting, but anything beyond that?
