It came about 3 days (I think... it was a while ago) after I took Lupron for the first time. After having terrible hot flashes every time I took it and having delayed periods when taking it, I started refusing it. It started high in my stomach as a hot ball of fire and rolled up towards my chest and neck. I was biking and I stopped, shocked and worried about what was wrong. When I realized what it was, I laughed, never realizing they would keep COMING AND COMING.
