The only "natural" thing I'm doing to reduce my calcium, is drinking lots of fluids and eating more fiber. Supposedly that helps. I read online that eating beans and legumes helps. I'm drinking about 80-90 ounces of water a day. (No more than that, because it could cause diarrhea or an electrolyte imbalance, so I am even careful with how much I drink).
