I did a CO wash again last night with an ACV rinse.
St. Ives Extra Shine Cond. was on sale this week so I bought that. It's with Raspberry and Jojoba Oil. I really liked it a lot. And I actually got a bit of lather out of this one. My hair was very shiny and felt good. So I didn't need a leave-in this morning.
I used a much weaker ACV rinse than I normally do. I often pour on the ACV almost-straight and then rinse and rinse and rinse. But last night I was actually almost outta ACV so I added water to the gallon bottle, shaken well, then poured it on. My scalp still felt great but there wasn't the strong smell that I worried so much about and rinse to death.
Again my hair seemed to really hold water so I'm again wondering if CO washes make me hold water or if it's just a coincidence, or is my hair actually getting thicker? I got no growth this month but my hair does seem fuller, thicker, so I'm trying not to feel sad about that. So maybe that's why my hair takes longer to dry as well..
