oh my what a horrible mess my autumn leaves are in. but she assured she that she would assist. she clucked her tongue several times that I had not come to see her sooner.
but she sat me down for an hour and detangled it all very very gently with her fingers. she used several sprays of detangler along the way but no oil. but it didn't hurt! at all. not even a little. she examined me for splits and cut them individually. I thnk I did lose some length if all this bird nest. she parted me hair into about five sections. detangled again with her fingers each section. brushed the section. braided the section secure with a tiny velvet scrunchie. then went to the next section.
after all braided she took me to the shampoo bowl. she shampooed first only my scalp with a eucalyptus shampoo. my scalp felt so itchy and I felt it slowly being released. she didn't unbraid my hair at all. she just washed twice and rinsed in cool water.
she patted me dry and sat me under the dryer.
