ok when I first posted this I was a tangled matted MESS and thot I was down to 20 but then I had a salon visit and they combed me out and started me over. now I do Know that I did lose hair maybe an inch or more but have no idea where I was b4 that. but anyway here's my notes from Nov.

well yesterday was measure in tho I don't measure often. I haven't measured carefully but I'm relatively certain I lost a few inches...2 dryness and 2 tangles. I'm trying 2get myself back on track now but still so tired. the salon told me I can come anytikme I like 4 wash cond or just a comb out...whatvr I feel up to. kirsten shared a lovely website on EOs and herbs. and I spoke to lmlh. very excited abt tht too. so I'm not thnking too much in terms of inches these days. mayb tht will make me feel better.
