I had a nice salon visit! Again my goal is to become a lot more independent and to do my own hair but a salon visit is usually a lot of fun.
I had a shampoo and a deep conditioner. She commented on how clean and healthy is my hair and scalp! It's nice sometimes to be able to lay back and let someone else do your hair and the neck, shoulder and hand massage is always wonderful too! I didn't get foot reflexology this time around.
I had a Shirodhara treatment which is always just heavenly. This is a procedure when a warm stream of oil is poured in the center of the forehead and is followed by a scalp massage. Ahhh!
