Well it looks like I only net a tiny bit this month. I didn't take my vitamins AT ALL this month so that's a likely reason.
The good news is I am completely comfortable with my regimen now. And my hair is better than ever!
target length my curls are now at collarbone! My length being 26 is very comfortably BSL but not yet BCL. I was hoping to reach that sometime this year so we'll see...
I'm also growing increasingly happy with my texture. it easily brushes smooth. I've really liked being a curly honestly in spite of the shrinkage factor. BUT I'm still not comfortable enuf to wear my hair down. But that's ok. I prob wdnt anyway. I've done a number of things with updos and look fwd to be able to do more as I grow.
Goals to get back on vitamins pronto! I have plenty of MSM so I restarted that. I need to buy Biotin for faster growth and FSO for oil. I would still like to order HF37 and start that in May.
Visually I'm still at BSL when wet. Still not BCL. I'm curious if I got more or less growth esp since I got 1 in./mo in jan and feb measure-in and only ¾ in. in mar measure-in. I'm curious if that is directly related to my slowly slacking off on vits.
but march was a great hair month. I loved my hair most every single day that month and I feel its getting btter all the time.
Vitamins - I did buy MSM on a swap bd - PP 500 mg, 2 bottles. I still have plenty of enzymes left. Gotta buy biotin and FSO.
I wd like to get HF37. Maybe start that in may. I'm just very curious to see a diff but I don't wanna start it until I can afford to be consistent. It wd cost $50/mo. They have 6-mo. memberships with free shipping @ $50/mo due the 15th of ea month.
I still think trying Perfect Food and Primal Defence wd be good for me. I saw a discount site for $31/bottle, can't rmbr how many tablets. I think this would be good for overall good health but its not something I can do just yet. I wanna keep it in the front of my mind.
