Your favourite Grik excuses

Griks have a debt well over $600 billion and they have come up with endless excuses for this situation and pointed the finger to everyone but themselves. For the last 2 years we've been hearing sometimes funny, sometimes pathetic excuses from Griks on all levels, from WAFF to their politicians. So lets share our favourite excuses Griks have come up with for their failures.

My favourite is "Germans stole our gold during WW2". They always mention the gold but never their war reparations. Some other Grik excuses are:

The Turks gave us middle eastern laziness(totally overlooking the fact Turks export more than the Grik budget).

Some people are made to work and some people are made to think and Griks are part of those that should think thus should avoid working(I'm not kidding a Grik said this).

We experienced 2 world wars, Turks only experienced 1 world war. (totally forgetting the fact all those EU members who donate to Gris nowadays also experienced 2 world wars)

Griks are the hardest working EU members(except working hard at forging statistics, so far there is no proof of Grik hard-working)

We didn't recieve enough war reparations. (you recieved more than Ethiopia and they've got a better economy than Gris)
