Possibly for the other types, there is a pod for F-4, F-16 and A-7s...

ALQ-119 for A-7's

this should be otherwise,
Kuras Alterman DIAS, its produced specially for A-7s and carried internally. Old system but has active/passive modes.

ALQ-119 is a primitive vietnam war era jammer. Used on F-4s in missile pods.

ASPIS II is a good system , have no idea about ICMS.

the HAF has this ECM system called roughly translated

"sleep maker" it confuses the hell outa everything apparently its ,according to a pilot friend of mine

full proof and better than anything on the market!
