blunder is when you make a move which leads to a tactical disadvantage or a heavy loss of material.

the main theme of your mistake is that you didnt pay attention to your opponents short term and long term threats chess is a game of prediction first and foremost

you went on to put your plan into practice based on a tactical devise which is called battery in order to achieve a checkmate, this might have worked against an unexperienced opponent but what you failed to do is to understand that your opponent had his own plan to counter yours a plan which led to the loss of your queen not to mention the pointless loss of your rooks and other material.

it is crucial before you put a plan into practice to think about your opponents threats, otherwise you fly above the sky thinking of easy victories when your opponent has already devised his own plan which will lead to your own destruction

keep your eyes open, when your opponent makes a move ponder what is his threat? when you are able to answer this question and you make the move which will guarantee that your opponents plans wont work then it is the time to put your plan into practice not earlier

LOL i cant think of any mistake you did, i liked how your castle on the right protected anything from coming in and eating your king, my plan was basically to clear a way into your rear eating my way towards your king, your castle and a few things stopped me from doing that

your plan was useless, because i had already cleared my path to castle therefore it was only a matter of time before i castle, of course as you very correctly pointed out i castled early in order to avoide further efforts on your behalf to cause me trouble early in the game

i would evaluate however your second plan to form a battery with bishop and queen in order to achieve a checkmate much higher, its timing was proper and my king was very vulnerable for this kind of mate at this moment

you failed clearly because you were overconfident ingoring my threats, you failed also because you made tactical blunders which lead to heavy loss of your material.
