Attending the Mediterranean Parliamentarians Assemblys Fourth General Meeting, Erdogan argued with Israels Assembly Vice-Chairman Majallie Whbee while holding a standing conversation. Whbee told Erdogan that his comments regarding Israel were quite harsh and stated; You mention Palestinian children, however you never talk about the children killed in Israel. Erdogan responded to Whbee with an attitude reminiscent of his one minute outburst during the Davos summit. Erdogan stated; If we were to lay out on the table the number of deaths on both sides then we could reach a just decision. Upon his exit, when Erdogan was asked questions from the press regarding his conversation with Whbee, Erdogan stated; He said that they are also killing children. If they are also killing children, then how many are they killing? And how many are you killing? What about the phosphorus bombs you used on defenseless people? How can you compare this disproportionate strength to Palestine? What are Palestines options for defense? Does Israel have the possibility of defending themselves? Noting the major difference between Israel and its surrounding nations, Erdogan stated; Israel is a country that has nuclear weapons. Is there any reason to say anything else?
