ARE GREEK AND TURKISH ARMS ORDERS GOING TO BE COMPLETED?

thats is for greeks and turks
lets gonna have analysis in recent years ,(i will go from 1998 till today),
the orders that have been made from both of the countries :greece and turkey
what order,from where,how much,date of delivery,complete delivery and contracts
except the statistic interest in this will be aslo easy to see the ability of the countries to continue with contracts or supercontracts they had/have made.
Because just announcing supercontracts for status when those contracts are silenced canceled in future cause of lack of money ,promblems in constraction or even political reasons.
recently greece and turkey announcing weapons purchaces maybe looking in the past when can foreseen the future of those orders.
