According to Hellenic Defence http://www.hellenicdefence.gr/eidiseis/eidiseis.html)the S-300 have been re-certified by Russian Technicians who had been in Greece (Crete), and furthermore the Leader of the Airforce General Staff stated that they are fully operational and integrated in overall operational planning.

Well that's one more weapon that the Turks said hasn't been working.

We didn't say it wasn't working, which seems it wasn't now you've posted this thread, we did say however that it would be useless.

A. It isn't connected with the Patriot Missile system, you know NATO weaponry and Soviet equipment don't mix and match well..
B. Turkey has purchased S-300 systems from ex-soviet states in developing ways to defeat it in EW.
C. You haven't got enough S-300 missiles to defeat all incoming threats, couple hundred SOM cruise missiles will make sure of that happy.gif

You know Greeks, SOM cruise missiles have specially been designed to defeat such strategic threats from long ranges. Your crap S-300 without network connection with other air defence missile systems, especially with Patriots and other radar systems and without Russian spare parts/missiles would be really tastefull targets for our cruise missiles...

Domestic Anti-Radiation UAV's will also be introduced When the time comes, Greeks.
Hundreds of anti-radiation kamikaze UAV's having capability of navigating a range of 500km on Aegean will be a real nightmare for your radar systems before facing the taste of our cruise missiles... happy.gif

We have some number of operational SOM Missiles; here in Red-stripped missile indicates it is already "hot" missile enough to destroy S300s.

I would think my thick friend that you will be facing a layerd SAM umbrella with TOR-M, Crotale and AEW first before the S300 could be reached - if they can be reached in the first place.

Amazing how all the unbuilt turkish technology can defeat russian, french and Amercian SAM's - it's time you woke up and got back to reality.

We are talking about domestic SAM-kickers, imbecile. You can't destroy S-300 with another S-300 or PAC-3 system, imbecile creature.

Grico S-300 is not compitable with existing NATO Air Defense C2 system. t is not operational during last decade.
Grico Crotale NG system is not operational at least for couple of years.
Grico HAWK System Missiles already finished its operational life; probably phased-out
SA-8 Gecko: limited operational; cold war missiles expired

Only handful system is PAC-3 system; and TOR. And those lack of common C2 System.

Turkey has 8 HAWK-XXI battery; and 40 Rapier Mk2 Battery and 165 Zipkin/Atilgan with totally intagrated.

Your invisible stealth cloaked missiles will be shot down - don't u think the Greek armed forces know that you would saturate air defences first - the Israelis did this to the syrians launching decoys which the Syrian SAM radars picked up and then got knocked out by the radar seeking ASM.

Pride comes before a fall Turco's and your arrogance will be your undoing!!

S-300 are protected by Tor-M1 and various other SAM systems.
So THK will have to move east of Crete, evade all HAF fighters
and then launch numerous cruise missiles against S-300. If they
manage to achieve saturation then they might destroy the S-300
but that means having DOSENS of cruise missiles in the air at
the same time heading towards S-300. Oh at the same time HAF
fighters will have at the air A-A missiles against THK fighters.

There are no super-weapons, S-300 can be destroyed but if before
geting destroyed it can kill a dosen F-16 then it did its job perfectly.

HAF lacks ELINT/COMINT aircraft
HAF lacks stand-off jamming aircraft
HAF most fighter lacks active jammer (so called ASPIS-II fails)
HAF lack UAVs;
HAF limited number HARMs and with out decoy and killer-UAVs.

so it hardly supress any air-defence system. Probbaly HARM are carried self-defence only.

@Retard Master
A.We have integrated in our defence umbrella the S-300, they are connected and ready.
B.S-300 you buy from Ukraine I thing is a old system and not comparable to the S-300PMU1(like you say normal Patriot with Patriot pac3)
C.Properly you forget that we don't have only the S-300, what about Patriots not to mention the other stuff that Turd only dream off.

All the turd arm-chair generals have gone silent now. Their wet dreams stopped in their tracks. I am surprised they still dream their neo-ottoman dreams of re-establish the Ottoman empire or as some deluded turds think a turanian empire.

Its obvious the turds don't have girlfriends to occupy them as they seem to spend all their time dreaming about indigenous this and indigenous that, boron and other deluded fantasies.

" If they manage to achieve saturation then they might destroy the S-300
but that means having DOSENS of cruise missiles in the air at

No need dozens of cruise missiles to destroy S-300's-Pac-2/3.
Withing 2 years, You are going to be a witness of Turkey's jammer protected Kamikaze drones which has a range around 500km and able to navigate drawn routes in order to be a nigtmare of your radar systems.

I mean While Turkish hundreds of mid-level flying kamikaze drones are searching your S-300 and PAC-3 radar pulses to detect/dive their heads towards them, Our cruise missiles would have already been launched to destroy known coordinated targets from stand-off ranges with flying low levels.

At this conditions, You have two selection.

1-Switch-off your radars to keep your high valuable air defence systems alive and try to engage Turkish cruise missiles with VSORADS or Low altitude air defence missile systems If you can detect, Otherwise, became a good mean for Turkish cruise missiles. Additions, If you switch-off them, It will create a safe air coridors for TurAF to launch other AG missiles againt strategic land targets locating within Greece motherland... happy.gif

2-Switch-on your radars to detect enemy and Before cruise missiles reached their targets, Become a good meal for hundreds of kamikaze drones.

happy.gif

Just Select one of them....

You have to love Turkish logic. First they say the S-300 is useless/not operational/not integrated into the Greek air defense. Then they spend the rest of the thread telling us all the different ways they've been busy coming up with to destroy these supposedly useless S-300s. lol

Best part though was dr. okuz saying the Greek Hawk SAMs are old and past their operational lives, then in the very next paragraph bragging that the Turks have 8 Hawk SAMs integrated into their air defense. LOL

It is for sure that S-300's can not be integrated on NATO weapon system network but other Russian SAM systems such as TOR but Destroying them is another issue. At a likely way, Noone forgive a system with looking their network integration If it causes a risk. If there is a risk exist, Destroying them with using tactics are vital. Don't mix the subjects with eachother...

But Turkey theorotically can get acces to S-300PMU2 of Azerbaijan, which is the most advanced S-300 out there.
