Please, if you don't mind, resize or move a line down the top banner ("CLICK HERE TO JOIN..") cause it make the page pulsate up and down... which is very anoying...

Which browser are you using and what do you have your screen resolution set for?

I don't have such a problem. What screen resolution are you using? Have you tried zooming in or out in your browser? (Hold Ctrl + mouse wheel up or down).

I use Opera at 1280 by 1024 resolution.
At 90% zoom out it's OK at 100% pulsates...

Are there any options in Chrome surrounding resizing images automatically?

The forum name in the title bar is resized in HTML in every forum to 45 pixels high as is the "click here to...", I will try and actually resize the actual image files, but I can't do that until this evening (it will take a good hour or so to do that for all the titles on WAFF).

By the way, does it do this in every forum on you or just the GT forum?

If it's going to take an hour to do then forget it, it's just little scroll up scroll down every 30 seconds or so.. Everything on Chrome is set to default.

I've only noticed it on main forum, not on G/T.

I just installed Chrome and I don't see it on a bunch of different zoom settings. Have you changed any of the default options on Chrome?

I've got Adblocker, which may cause the scroll to stutter.

It pulsates in the heading because the text "click here to join WAFF" seems to be too long, should be easy to fix by using smaller letter size there.

Hmmmm...I just installed Ad Blocker and I still can't replicate the problem (writing this post in Opera and it works fine for me as well). I will see if I can set the table's row height to a fixed value which would stop any bouncing up and down, but alas I have some things in the real world to do and won't get to it until this evening.

The titles are image files not text...on really low resolutions (less than 1200 pixels) you may see the table width change. The solution is to make the table fixed size but then on mobile devices you will introduce horizontal scrolling on every page of WAFF.

One thing I could really use when you post issues on problems like this are screen shots of your screen in both states, that helps me figure out what precisely is happening.

Ah yes, there we go.

The scroll effect happens when I set the browser to the other side of the screen, reducing the resolution needed to push out instead pushing down.

Yeah the only thing I can do to fix that is to add blank space on the sides of each title so they are exactly the same width. Which with is a bit tedious and will take a while to do...I'll put it on my list of things to do on WAFF.

Hi Fariborz, it is a display width thing. The GT forum is the most susceptible to this because the name is the shortest making the ensuing title image the narrowest. As I said I will resize all the the title images in WAFF to be the same height and width but will not get to it until this evening...and maybe into the weekend.

...note to those designing their own websites, let this be a lesson to you to never take shortcuts. Using the HTML image resize function as a shortcut is what is causing this, you should generally resize you images in oome other program and then put them on a website, which goes to prove you should always do it right the first time so you only have to do it once.
