Panagiotopoulos is simply an idiot. Along with Keffalogiani Olga, they are the 2 idiots in the goverment who where promoted to ministry positions only because of outside support.

Fragos should have stayed or at least became part of the ministry as he is the only one who is respected by big part of the army. Big shame they didn;t use him but instead opted for an idiot to this position, in case of crisis this guy can become dangerous....

A pro-troika government naturally would want Greece to have less capable military administration, incase their paymasters need a full or partial invasion to use as a threat to ensure continued compliance with debt bondage.
