No this is the Mavi Marmara speech from 2010. He basically repeat that speech today. Take "Israel" out and put "Syria" in that speech, and there you have it.

One word: Pathetic.

Bizi kendi elerinen madar etme su yunanlara

This situation is getting weird. They should do something. But I think they first going to collect support from NATO.

Tayip avoided military confrontation with Israel because he was weaker.

Syria is different: Militarily Turkey is far stronger than Syria. But Tayip knows that he has little to gain by military confrontation. I feel that both Turks and Syrians did not really want this to happen, and they do not want to fight each other. Therefore it seems that Tayip tries not to cut off bridges.

As a Greek I hope Tayip follows the wishes of the Turks here and responds militarily.
However, he acts with great caution.

Most Syrians I know are quite friendly towards Turks and Turkey. They are victims of their leaders who are of minorities origin. US and EU want to flame a new war such as Iran-Iraq. We must target presidental buildings in case of a retaliate and definitely keep away from civilians. People don't die before dealing with their condemnation. Once Jews condemned Germans because they used them for various tests and then Israelis used various weapons on Gazans. The same goes for the Armenians in Khojaly. Let us not be the same.

Sure the syrians shot down a plane. But what have Turkey done to them ? Organize and arm the rebellion, all while you let them have a safe haven in Turkey. Is it really logical and fair for Turkey do anything more ? Just keep on doing what you do, you dont need to avenge anything on your own, let the arabs do the dirty work.

Look at all those warmongers...I bet my azz that not even one of your ******* fags have the ballz to go and put his life in line...And even if one is moronic enough to go, he would die in a meaningless fight (not that i care about lowlifes like you).

There is no winner in such a fight. The Grikos even understand it but the Kemo Hrpos are barking WAR WAR!

We do not criticize Akp because they are not going to war, none of here wants war. It's the handling of these kind of crisis which we don't like. They always act as if we are some sort of superpower or Ottoman empire, they say they gonna do this that, you gonna pay for this bla bla, and at the end they do absolutely NOTHING. This puts our country in a very difficult and odd position. They've turned our foreign policy into a joke. Syria wouldn't dare to do something like this 10 years ago, but today they can and they know nothing will happen.
Stop being an Akp fanboy for once try to approach things objectively.
