New evidence shows that male DNA has been found on the clothes and bodies of the teenager who was brutally assaulted on Paros island (Chrysi Akti beach) a week ago, spreading terror all over the country.
Now, police are sure the girl was attacked by a maniac, probably a rapist who molested her leaving her unconscious on the rocky side of a usually crowded beach. According to the forensics report her bruises were not caused entirely by a fall. A second person was involved in the cruel incident eliminating the accident scenario, as announced by the Greek police. The victims mother, who appeared devastated a few days after the crime and talked to Greek journalists, expressed her certainty that what happened to the young girl had nothing to do with an accident.
When I found her, her face was covered with a blood mask, she stated in a heart-braking state, wondering how someone can be so cruel on another human being. Witnesses are unfortunately nowhere to be found, which would facilitate the police to trace the suspect.
Officers are now in search a dragon and are aware of the possibility that he might also attack more girls or women. They clearly need to act fast so that they prevent any similar cases from happening.
The girls health condition remains critical but stable, according to doctors at the Atticon Hospital.
