Taking his cue from his war criminal military via Milliyet, Uktion would have us believe:
Their military captured 2 PKK terrorists. They tell the Turkish lying military about a plot to take over Semdinli. The TSK sends an additional 2,000 soldiers to the area. The stupid PKK follows the old plan, does not make reconnaissance so they are not appraised of the extra deployments and have no human intelligence in the area(amongst a majority Kurdish population...) As a result 115 of them are "slaughtered" according to the lying organization known as the TSK.

However that whole fabrication is predicated on the HPG-Defense Forces being so bad at intelligence gathering at planning they would not notice all that. But recent developments tell us they know well even minute details about much smaller troop movements not only in the Southeast. Thus they were able to intercept a bus carrying soldiers on leave before they exited the Southeast for their hometown of Trabzon and abduct 3 soldiers of the weak Turkish army. Thus they were able to attack a bus ferrying Turkish personnel before they reached the base at Foca killing two weak Turkish soldier, wounding six critically and another four were lightly wounded!

So the TSK got egg on their face for that lie from everyone with their own braincells(excludes Turks, TSK has their brains in storage banks to heat their tea). Either you have sh1t intelligence capability or not. There is no plausible scenario where they can detect very small Turkish movements even in the far west of Turkey to attack a bus ferrying personnel to Foka, but they are so stupid they don't notice 2,000 extra troops.
