Based on what I have read the following events will occur:

1. Greece and Turkey will go to war, which will be primarily fought in the sea and air. The US Navy will be assisting the Greek navy.

6. China strikes the USA with nuclear weaponry

7. Spain, Portugal, and Italy are taken. Italy will suffer greatly due to the use of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons. Rome is destroyed (forcing Peter the Roman to flee the city).

8. Turkey is occupied by Persians

9. Greece puts up stiff resistance, so the Muslims use biological weapons which causes a famine in Greece. A nuclear weapon is detonated just off the coast of Euboia (according to Nostradamus). Crete is eventually taken, but parts of mainland Greece is still holding.
