about 2 years ago, but i was only around 4.5-5 weeks. It did work and was a better alternative to methotrexate which typically they recommend you to wait 3 months after taking before ttc. It did take a while for the betas to come down though and my beta was not that high to begin with. Since there was very little tissue to pass on my part, i can't advise on your other questions. But i would think that the Re can tell by how well that your numbers are going down whether or not you will need a D&C.
