Response to Can you get pregnant on your own with high FSH?

I had two prev m/c, FSH recorded at 23 after the first one. Mean RE looked at my records (didn't even bother to meet me!) and told me I would never get preg with my own eggs.

My daughter is 1.5 years old -- and I had her when I was 42.

It took a full recurrent m/c workup and a very insightful recurrent m/c specialist to notice that my progesterone was low in the 2nd mc. He put me on prometrium suppository & I conceived my daughter the very next cycle. Naturally. (Actually, all my BFPs were natural).
I started acupuncture & chinese herbs after the FSH diagnosis.

The main preg board & keeps a timeline of high FSH babies. There are many!!

Good luck,
Susan

PS - I disagree about getting FSH retested over & over. I had it retested once by the new doc, who argued that he only trusted his lab. Between acu & the lab, my FSH was under 10. I don't think that it does us well to keep getting bad news about FSH, considering that FSH only tells docs how likely we will respond to IVF drugs, not if we can conceive or carry a child.
