Zane's ears were fine, but his throat was red, tonsils red, glands on his neck were swollen, and doc said had some green stuff on the back of his throat. Said it could be from his sinuses draining, or from whatever is making his throat sore. So on antibiotics again and a decongestant.
Zane was holding his mouth open yesterday, but I chalked it up to his teething. He's trying to get two more on the bottom, gums are swollen and very tender, so tender he's not biting anyone..lol He's been eating, drinking fine, was a crabby guy yesterday but that was when his temp was climbing.
No idea his throat was sore, didn't act like it one bit, except for holding his mouth open.
WHY can't kids come with some sort of telepathy, ya know.. yooo hooo.. mom, grandma.. my throat hurts? Sure would make things a lot easier.
