Despite Dave's effort and consideration, I hate the popups despite using pop-killer.

It's weird but I find the threaded nature of this board to extremely offputting. On the old board I could check in a glance whose posts I want to read and whose I want to skip. Here I have to go looking.

Have fun guys but I doubt I will be posting here much.

...give this one a chance! Dave has dramaticlly improved it's functionality and look since yesterday. Hell, we all only started this little project less than a day ago. Patience, my friend. Patience.

BTW, didn't you used to post on Comicon, Slush and Prof's old Delphi board? This isn't all that much different than those. Instead of bolting, what suggestions do you have to make it better?

It made me nuts when I first checked it out, but I'm starting to get a feel for navigating around.

Kinda like the other board, it takes a while with this one to figure out how YOU want to navigate around it. I'm sure we all have our own way of reading, replying or skipping posts on Magnus' board. I'm finding that I can get around and reply here almost as well and fast as the other one.

But I HAVE had a lot of time on my hands this weekend.

...at first, the popups were annoying. However, can't Robin Taylor, king of wonderful multimedia stop that? I'm sure you can. My crappy combo stopped 99% of 'em already.

It won't let me log on and I hate the pop ups. My pop up killer is useless against them!!!!

The most disturbing thing about this thread popping up today is with all the Net54 weirdness, I just figured old threads had started to become new again. At least it wasn't in Spanish. (Not to offend any of our Spanish speaking friends out there. It's just not the language I expect to see prominant in the JBF... Not that there's anything wrong with that.)
