I never read the Morrison run on Doom Patrol. However, I did get some of the Pollack issues.

Has the Brotherhood appeared in the DC Universe proper since Morrison's reworking of them? Who were the members of his team? Where are all the previous members?

Quite possibly... and he may not answer me on this since he may think it an attempt to feel around for clues.

But actually, I was looking through my old Who's Whos and was thinking of the Brotherhood.

Does anyone know the answers to my questions?
Also... if Grant Morrison's run is considered cannon or not? If not, what was their last appearance previous?

Has the Brotherhood appeared in the DC Universe proper since Morrison's reworking of them?

There was an "alien duplicate" or somesuch version of the Brain and Monsieur Mallah that appeared in New Titans #100 (and thereabouts). Also, I think they popped up in Young Justice #23-24 during the "olympics story." Other than that, I think there was a reference to them in Brad Melzter's Green Arrow story. (Cat Man mentioned that he was trying to get away from them, and he was later snagged by Warp.) Also, Madame Rouge apparently had a kid (or something like that) who appeared in the Beast Boy mini-series. Also, Monsieur Mallah appeared in the "JLApe" crossover in some annuals a few years ago. However, I don't think there's really been a proper "Brotherhood of Evil" story for quite some time.

Who were the members of his team?

There were two versions.

The leader of both was Mr. Nobody. He was a transformed version of Dr. Morden (something like that, anyway), the guy who built the big robot that fought the Doom Patrol in the Brotherhood's first appearance back in Doom Patrol #86.

The first Brotherhood had the Quiz (who has every power you haven't thought of), Sleepwalk (superhumanly strong when she was asleep), the Fog (turns into fog and eats people) and Frenzy (living tornado kind of thing).

At the end of the first Dada story, they all wound up trapped in a painting. Mr. Nobody eventually escaped. The rest were happy in the painting so they stayed where they were at.

The second Brotherhood had the Love Glove (man with no arms who could summon gloves with various capabilities), Agent "!" (he comes as no surprise), Alias the Blur (Don't know how to explain this one), and Number None (no physical presence but is "everything that has ever gone wrong in your day"). They were all killed by government agents. The team technically had one other member, the Toy, but she showed up too late to do anything.

Where are all the previous members?

Brain and Monsieur Mallah appeared in Doom Patrol #34 in a rather odd little story. Dr. Magnus had built Cliff a new body, which was malfunctioning. Cliff's brain had been taken out and put in a jar while his body was being examined. After everyone else leaves the room, we find out that the body was sentient. (Possibly due to a "faulty responsometer..." ) What's more, the body set itself up to explode if anyone tries to put a brain in it. Monsieur Mallah and the Brain break in and subdue to the body. Mallah puts Brain's brain in it. Then the two profess their love for each other. (No, I'm not kidding.) Just when Mallah and the Brain have their first kiss, the body explodes, killing both of them.

As for the rest of the group, I think they just went their seperate ways. (There was a Phobia story in New Teen Titans #43 (baxter series) that may dealt with this, but I'm not sure.)

How Mallah and the Brain survived, whether or not the team is back together (and if so how), etc. is currently unknown.

Also... if Grant Morrison's run is considered cannon or not? If not, what was their last appearance previous?

As far as I know it still is, with the possible exception of the Brain/Mallah story. However, Morrison really didn't use any of the other characters from prior incarnations of the Brotherhood.

For last major appearances, I guess it would be either NTT #43 (mentioned above), NTT #27 (baxter series) or Teen Titans Spotlight #11.

Thanks, Dave!

BTW... after I posted this last night, a friend showed me the preview of Identity Crisis in the Wizard. Phobia was in it.
