Looks interesting. Nothing further from me until I see the series.

I like everything but the logo, which reminds me too much of. . . .

The bat-shape in the new animated logo looks pretty much like the one on the doors of the tv series' Batmobile.

JB, do you have a favorite Bat-logo?

BTW, The Timm series went through a couple of
different logo variations before sticking with the
retro lettering- clean and simple.

This new series seems like a winner...

Brought all the different versions and elements together perfectly, I thought.

That's my favorite logo, too, JB!

Good taste!

I actually went out of my way to catch the Batman preview during Saturday's episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! (UGH!), and I was quite impressed -- even the Joker's voice characterization seemed "right" (it was definitely good enough to make me forget that it's NOT Mark Hammill, without actually sounding like someone mimicking Mark Hammill's interpretation of the Joker). The animation looked more anime-inspired, without really being anime per se -- definitely not the "classic noir"-esque look popularized in the modern classic Dini/Timm DC animated shows. Seemed to be a bit of a "Batman Beyond" vibe going on, but with Bruce instead of a next-gen Batman.

I'll definitely be checking this one out -- and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the full product.

A great logo and a great story. Ras Al Ghul is one of the few great Bat villains created since the good old days of Bill Finger.

And did I have a CRUSH on Talia.
