Since you own the rights for Next Men- can any company reprint the series or can only dark Horse?
If someone other than DH can maybe we can make DC reprint all of next men into that phone book type trade??

ohhh...
but who could it be?
Hmm I wonder if Fantagraphics ever went defunct.
Oh well I suppose I can wait until eleven o'clock tonight to find out.
And yes I do seem to take things very literal!

Fantagraphics is still publishing, though they tend to cater to the Alternative Press fans.
Maybe Dark Horse smells money?

It's a shame the letter columns couldn't be included in a collected edition, because they were more thought-provoking and enlightening than the majority of actual comics which were doing the rounds at the time. "A Flame About This High" was consistently entertaining.
if dark horse decided to reprint JBNM without the letters and then just produced a PDF file (available online) out of the old letterpage files, they could save money & add value to their website at the same time.
That column rocked. I re-read the entire series recently, and loved looking back at the column. Always entertaining, funny, and sometimes sad, it was one of the things that made the book special.

A flame about this high and his responses to letters really made me rethink good comics and bad comics at the time.
Best part of the book- and the comic stories were great too.
