A few weeks ago I "updgraded" my Network54 account. The user profile indicatates that my $$$ was taken, but nothing new has happened and I still can't seem to post graphics to the site. (The button that should allow me to insert graphics doesn't appear in the Post now! form.
On my account profile, it does say "Account Upgrade: select" -- if that means anything.
Any guidance on what's wrong or what I'm doing wrong would be most appreciated.
In you account/profile area, there is a thing called realms. Make a realm for yourself, and that is where you will be able to upload up to 10 MB of stuff like pictures. There you can click on "files" and upload pictures from your computer files, and they will be stored in your realm for quick access when you intend to insert a picture in a post. They stay as long as you want, and can be larger than the temp file will allow.

...I'm trying to piece of art into a post and I'm not allowed to even access my account to put it in my files. There's no link to speak of because it's on my desktop and I can no longer access my files at all. It's there somewhere and it still says I've used up 3 of 10 mgs but I can't access it. This really sucks!-Rick
this is what I get when I go to my "edit files" area, in a new window (the set up has totally changed visually) is the line: "Table 'logging.realms_files' doesn't exist". Very disappointing. Tell Moe that I want a discount refund if this goes on much longer. -Rick

Rick - FWIW I'm also on a Mac and I've never been able to post graphics with Safari - I don't even get the buttons. I have to use IE for that (and for the chat room too for that matter).

You might be thinking of Davis Guggenheim, husband of Elizabeth Shue. Sadly, no, not a relative. However, my younger brother Eric is also a professional screenwriter, though he makes his living in features, not TV. His first movie came out recently -- "Miracle" with Kurt Russell.
Hey, Marc? I want to get a good job in Hollywood. Do you recommend that I start first by writing comics, even though I have no love for them? Would being constantly late with my stories also help?

That's kind of like breaking into a safe so you can then break into the wet paper bag inside... (I.e., breaking into Hollywood's a whole lot easier than breaking into comics.)

Y'know, here's the thing, the people who you're thinking of might have made DEALS in Hollywood, but, to my knowledge, few if any have turned into actual movies. Poor work ethic doesn't work as well in Hollywood as it seems to in comics...
