portions and only snacking when I'm truly hungry.

I've also been exercising! I found if I do it FIRST thing in the morning, I actually do it! If I put it off to later in the day, something always comes up and it gets put on the back burner...NOT done!

I'm ready to take these last 3 lbs off and to TONE UP before the holidays!
