and I know it's the diet adjustment. High fat, high calorie then switching to high fiber - ouch! Hopefully things will settle down today for both of us. Butthe good news is - I didn't have much of an appetite yesterday either.
I totalled in at 1500 calories yesterday and burned 400 with exercise. I fell pretty good today. And yes, I think the mid-morning snack is good. I didn't have lunch till 1-130 yesterday, then just wasn't hnngry at 3 when I usually get the munchies.
