I agree, your work out has to be something you want to do

not something you have to do.
I use to work out just to "loss weight" but now I'm doing it for other reasons: to gain strength, energy and to feel good. I realize weight training is not going to make me "slim" but it is going to make me feel good, be stronger, healthier, more energetic and those are things I really want. If I loose weight in the process...that's great too
