      Only 3 months till summer! Probably less time till you break out those shorts/bathing suits!

      My dh is off to school for 6 weeks so I'm going to use this time to really crack the whip--->exercise DAILY and REALLY watch what I eat! Healthy, well balanced meals.

      I don't have a weight goal(per-say) but I'm sure where ever this takes me, it will be an improvement. Mostly I am looking forward to feeling the difference.

      I got rid of all the junk food in the house today. I'll do an initial weigh-in and take measurements tomorrow morning and get to work!

      Liz, how is the half marathon practice going? Any word on work? Are your clothes still feeling loose?

      Heidi, I hope you're feeling better now. Hopefully your jump start has motivate you to keep on a going! Do be careful...It's VERY easy to gain everything back when you loose it quickly so don't let that happen. Take what you have and run even further with it!
