ive owned and modified performance hondas for many years and currently own a 2000w integra type r in red....
ive been selling hondas for a living for 5 years...
ive had many problems all which i have now rectified..
most performace air filters arn't worth the money and actually make the car lose power i know ive had many...!
THE ONLY COLD AIR FILTER THAT WORKS is the A.E.M cold air filter(part no-21-412)
this gives more torque at 3000rpm and an extra few hp top end....(though AEM V2 cold air filter is supposed to be even better though more expensive)......
THE BIGGEST INCREASE COMES FROM DECAT...forget stainless steel far 2 much resonance....Ive fitted an ANSA RACE ONLY EXHAUST.....NO stainless steel very small exhaust exit give or cetainly feels much better mid range and when the vtec kicks in oh my word........!
WITH THIS SETUP HAVE ACHEIVED 14.678 SECOND QTR MILE.................
