On January 19, 2006, an executive session meeting of the CCSG Board of Directors was called for the purpose of discussing concerns regarding actions of guild officers. Notice was sent to Mike McVay, Susan Miller, Judy McVay, Steve Backus, Angie Polglaze, and Wayne Lyon. All but Wayne Lyon responded and participated.
At the end of extensive discussion, a list of concerns was sent to each officer individually. These were lists of concerns approved by the entire board. Each officer was given the opportunity to respond in writing.
The board also approved a letter written by Mike to the Washington State Corporations Board, requesting a change of Registered Agent.
In addition, each officer and board member was notified of a meeting to be held for officers and board members only. This meeting date and time are February 3, 2006 at noon, and the place is Noels Restaurant in Edgewood, WA.
individuals contacted have been asked to bring certain items or records to this meeting.
The meeting was ended on Feb. 25, 2006

I am showing up to Saturdays meeting at Noelle's. By the way has anyone heard of the phone or a post office. I never recieved the email till it was too late to even participate in this meeting.
