Clinic recommendations?

Hi, new here. I have just had a failed IVF cycle (my first) at age 37. Highest FSH 13.5, did antagonist cycle with 450 Gonal-F + cetrotide, no lupron or bcps, got only 2 follicles and converted to IUI. I have an 18 month daughter conceived via clomid/IUI, but that didn't work this time.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a clinic and/or protocol for someone with high FSH who is a known poor responder? My old clinic just said I could try going up to 600 per day of Gonal F and I had another consult where they said they do menopur and Gonal-F. At that clinic though, the RE said my chances were not likely higher than IUI. He suggested continuing IUI for 6-12 cycles.

I have no insurance coverage, so I can go anywhere and already had a phone consult with the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine. Has anyone been there, and if so would you mind sharing your protocol? I live in Pennsylvania and work full time, so the treck out there is a bit much right now (but I'll do it if they have something great to offer!).

Thanks, and sorry for the wordy post! Courtney
