I need to vent. I'm 38, have DS who is 2 and awesome. We tried for a year before him and got pregnant the cycle they did the fallopian tube xray. We've been trying for #2 for a year - done clomid, injectibles, etc. not much of a response with either - 1 or 2 follicles each time - on a high dose of menopur, nothing. Doc recommended DE but it seemed a little rushed to me. What was his evidence that mine aren't good?
So, I am at another fertility clinic to get another opinion. This doc does the clomid challenge - I can't believe the first one didn't do that - and my day 2 fsh was 11.2 and my day 11 fsh was 39. so, how bad is that? Is that 11.2 bad or 39 bad?
I started acupuncture a month or so ago and love it. I'm now going to try the infertility cure book. But, I don't really want to waste my time if #2 isn't in the cards for me and I'll end up going DE in a year after a bunch of more AFs.
Another thing - post DS, i developed hashimoto's and graves. I kindof think that these are connected. Any advice from anyone? I'm bummed.
