Long-venting

AF came again. I did a microdose lupron protocol with an IUI and I feel like a failure. Took 2 years to get #1. Have been trying for #2 for a year and a half. DH is from a large family so I feel like such a disappointment. Why is this so hard??? Why can't I move on? What am I doing wrong??
