I don't know much about LH and how that plays into the equation, but I think the fact that you are young and have had 2 successful pregnancies already is hugely in your favor.
The key is to find out if you are still ovulating, and a good way to do that is by charting your temperatures. Get a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility if you want to learn how to do so. Charting will give you lots of information on your cycle. If you are ovulating, you can get pregnant, although it may take a while. If you aren't, you may need the help of meds to ovulate, but either way, as long as you can produce an egg (or two), you have hope.
This secondary board is very slow, but follow the New high FSH board for tips and advice. Just be sensitive that many of those ladies don't have any children yet, and may not have much sympathy for your situation. (I also went through secondary IF and this is just the reality of it.) Find an RE in your area who will help you. If you post where you are on the high FSH board, someone will probably have ideas.
